Were looking for individuals with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills and a passion for teamwork.
The primary responsibility of this role is to support our global teams in the day-to-day execution of international mystery shopping programmes:
- Brief and support team members involved in the project(s)
- Monitoring progress, ensuring correct execution and timely delivery of results to clients
- Identifying, resolving or reporting challenges

- You enjoy working from home on a freelance basis with flexible hours
- You are highly reliable, well organised, detail oriented and prefer to work independently within a strong team
- You thrive on tasks that require meticulous attention to detail on a daily basis
Essential requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organisational & analytical skills, detail oriented
- Minimum 5 hours/day availability
- Acceptance of freelance contract
