About this opportunity


Welcome to the Investigations NO team. We add value by processing domestic and international payment orders, handle investigation around payments flow and secure reconciliation. As Junior Process Officer/Process Officer in Payment Services  you will play a valuable role in Payment Services Operations where we deliver great experiences to our customers by operating the manual processes related to Cash Management with high quality and efficiency.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handle manual tasks that are related to domestic and international transactions processing in local applications
  • Secure payments flow for Nordea Norway customers
  • Reporting outstanding positions and handle accounts reconciliation
  • Independently solve issues in terms of customers and foreign banks requests and complaints
  • Work with multiple stakeholders in Payment Services and Customer Service located in Nordic countries
  • Contribute to improvement of quality and efficiency of assigned tasks and processes
  • Recognise and escalate problems according to the procedures in order to avoid reoccurrences in the future

You’ll join an Investigation Norway Team where open, dedicated and enthusiastic people face new challenges to meet customers expectations. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background: 

  • graduated at least secondary school,
  • professional English skills (spoken and written at least B2 level)
  • good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
