About this opportunity
Welcome to Cash Management Operations. We add value by ensuring that Nordea customers receive high quality service in cash management area. As the Junior Process Officer/Process Officer you’ll play a valuable role in supporting efficient and correct flow of payments.
What you’ll be doing:
- Analyse and repair international transactions
- Continuously learn and update knowledge in order to ensure high quality deliveries
- Provide support and guidance to Customer Responsible Units in own area of responsibility
- Improve assigned processes and be part of different initiatives aimed to increase efficiency and reduce existing risks
- Work in Scandinavian environment
You’ll join a team of young and energetic colleagues, eager to constantly develop and improve their competencies. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:
- Good command of English (at least B1)
- MS Office knowledge
- Banking knowledge or previous experience in banking sector will be an asset
