Process Automation Junior Developer

Job Tasks:

- Provides post-implementation process and automation support; performs break-fix assessments and works with IT to determine appropriate solutions; presents clear recommendations to Process Automation Developers for complex changes and makes minor modifications as needed
- Responsible for understanding automation system requirements as documented in the process discovery document and video, creating detailed process definition and system/technical design documents, and engaging in peer review processes and updating documents accordingly
- Responsible for developing automations to support those requirements, unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance, and deployment. Engage in peer review processes and update automations accordingly. Develop automations with adherence to documented automation best practices
- Responsible for iterative testing of existing automations after business or technical changes are introduced. Document test results and recommend updates to existing automations
- Assists with development of training documentation and updates the RPA Worklist as needed
- Business Management, Information Systems, or related field required. May consider 2+ years of related experience in lieu of degree
- Demonstrated knowledge, expertise and experience with automation tools (especially with UiPath) will be an advantage
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and develop effective working relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
